Hi, I’m Tammy. I’m a natural problem-solver — whether it’s organizing complex projects at work or planning the next family adventure, I love finding creative solutions that keep things running smoothly. I’m passionate about building systems and processes that enhance efficiency, making life (and work) easier, while always leaving room for fun along the way.

Professionally, I bring over 8 years of experience in learning management and team leadership, including my time at Dutch Bros Coffee, where I oversaw training and development for over 25,000 team members. My background has given me a deep understanding of managing large-scale training programs, improving user experiences, and streamlining operational processes. Now, in my role at Theia Financial, I’m excited to apply that experience to support our team’s growth and success.

Outside of work, I love traveling, exploring new destinations, and spending time outdoors camping or relaxing by the river with my family. At home, game nights with friends and family are a must — there’s nothing like a little competition to create lasting memories. I’m lucky to share life’s adventures with my husband, Luke, our two amazing kids, Elliana and Colby, and our mischievous cat, Ricky, who keeps us on our toes.
