This commitment is exemplified by Cathy and her husband, Arlan, who founded Orphanages of Kenya in 2007. Starting with a small orphanage in the slums, the organization has since grown to care for 55 children on a three-and-a-half-acre plot in the Kenyan Savannah, providing fresh air, healthy food, education, and love. This initiative is a cornerstone of our philanthropic efforts and a reflection of the principles that shape everything we do.
